At Lost Legend Studios, we work hard to ensure your orders are packed and shipped quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your order.
Processing Time
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding Sundays. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, we guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 5 business days.
For special drops or items that are not yet available, the expected ship date is clearly stated in the product description.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship all orders domestically within the United States. Most packages are sent via USPS, especially when free shipping is offered. However, multiple shipping options and carriers are available at checkout for your convenience.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow the status of your shipment.
Delays and Exceptions
Although we aim for fast turnaround times, there may be occasional delays during peak periods or limited releases. If an item is delayed or on pre-order, the estimated shipping time will always be noted in the product description.
